His experience of project engineering for and design of civil engineering projects includes  building refurbishment, main water pipelines, highways and highway design.  He has been responsible for various aspects of a project including initial conception, feasibility studies, design, preparation of Contract Documentation, tender evaluation and construction supervision.  He has also been responsible for managing direct labour organisations and for preparation of County policy documents.
