Key Data : Mr Reynolds, has twenty years aerospace and twenty years offshore experience in fatigue, including fourteen years with BP. He was totally involved in all aspects of the design, analysis and performance of the company's structures world-wide, both on and offshore, specialising in fatigue matters. Mr Reynolds has authored several technical papers and was chairman of many national and international research programmes concerned with the fatigue performance of welded steel structures. He was also Chairman of the U.K. Department of Energy (latterly the Health and Safety Executive) Guidance Panel on Fatigue. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of The Royal Aeronautical Society and The Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
